Participating in a committee provides a unique volunteer opportunity to support our strategic objectives, build your resume and network, and showcase leadership within the international trademark community.
Members focus on specific objectives within three umbrellas: advocacy, resources, and communications. Our volunteers work closely with our global staff to assess and address a wide range of issues related to trademarks and intellectual property.

Our committee selection occurs every two years for the following committee term. Members can state their committee preference in their applications. Typically, the number of applicants exceeds available spots, so unfortunately we cannot guarantee placement. If you are not assigned to a committee, we’d welcome your participation in our community in other ways.
The application window for the next term (2026-2027) will open in June 2025.
